7-day free trial + 7-day money-back. Cancel before the trial ends and you're never billed. If you are charged for your first paid period, you can request a full refund within 7 days of that charge.
During the free trial
Your 7-day trial is free. Cancel anytime before it ends from your account and no charge is made.
First paid charge
- If your trial converts and you're charged for the first paid period, email [email protected] within 7 days of that charge for a full refund.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer.
Subsequent renewals
After the first paid period, renewals are generally non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime to stop future charges; access continues to the end of the paid period. We review good-faith requests (for example, an unexpected duplicate charge) case by case.
