Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of videowatch.media (the "Service"), operated by Seadmesilm OÜ ("we", "us"), a company organized in Estonia, with a registered address at Puiestee tn 104-2, 51009 Tartu, Estonia. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
videowatch.media is a web-based paid-subscription video site offering daily ranked gadget-breakdown videos and a searchable archive. The ranking is rebuilt each morning and resets at 00:00 in your local timezone. Six preview picks are available without an account; the full set of thirty and the archive require an active trial or membership.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Membership is intended for personal use by a single account holder. Account sharing is not supported and may be restricted or terminated.
3. Free trial
New members may start a 7-day free trial that unlocks all content. You are not charged during the trial, and you may cancel anytime before it ends to avoid any charge.
4. Subscription, renewal, and cancellation
- After the trial, your membership renews automatically at the plan price you selected (monthly or annual) until you cancel.
- We display the exact renewal amount before you begin. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout based on your location.
- You may cancel anytime from your account. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
5. Payment
Checkout runs over an encrypted (SSL) connection. Real card processing is connected at checkout; until subscription setup is connected, the checkout button shows a neutral setup notice rather than collecting payment.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to copy, redistribute, scrape, or circumvent access controls of the Service or its content. Content is licensed for personal viewing only and remains the property of its respective owners.
7. Content and availability
We do not currently offer native mobile apps, smart-TV apps, offline downloads, or guaranteed resolution tiers. Features and catalog may change. We aim for accuracy in our reviews but provide them for general information, not professional advice.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted, Seadmesilm OÜ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes are subject to the courts located in Delaware.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
