Will I be charged automatically?

Yes. After the 7-day trial, your membership renews automatically at the plan price you selected (monthly or annual) until you cancel. We show the exact renewal amount before you start, and renewals continue each cycle until you stop them.

What if I don't like it?

Cancel before your trial ends and you'll never be billed. If you're charged for your first paid period, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on that first charge — just email [email protected]. Full terms are on our Refund Policy.

Is payment secure?

Checkout runs over an encrypted (SSL) connection. Real card processing is connected at checkout — until then, the checkout button shows a neutral setup notice rather than collecting payment. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

What devices can I watch on?

videowatch is a web-based video site that works in any modern browser on desktop, tablet, and phone. We don't currently offer native mobile apps, smart-TV apps, or offline downloads.

Can I download videos to watch offline?

Not at this time. videowatch is streaming-only over the web. We'd rather be honest about that than advertise a feature we haven't built.

Can I share my account?

Membership is intended for personal use by one account holder. Account sharing isn't supported and may be limited under our Terms.

How are the daily picks selected?

Our small team runs each device through the same bench tests, scores them, and ranks thirty every morning. The order is decided by the testing — there's no affiliate or paid placement weighting.

When does the ranking refresh?

The list resets daily at 00:00 in your own local timezone. The live countdown on the page shows exactly how long until the next refresh.

Does the same device stay #1 forever?

No. The ranking is rebuilt every morning, so today's #1 can drop tomorrow as new devices are tested and scored. That's the point — it stays current.

Can I submit a gadget for review?

Yes — send tips and review requests to [email protected]. We read every submission, though we can't promise every device makes the daily ranking.
